01 缘起

珠江岸线的生态思考

Ecological Reflections on the Pearl River Shoreline

在琶洲这片电商云集的热土上，我们以景观设计师的视角重新思考：当商务遇见生态，会碰撞出怎样的火花？海灏国际大厦的景观设计，正是我们对这个时代命题的诗意回应。

In the bustling e-commerce hub of Pazhou, we approached the question from a landscape designer's perspective: What sparks fly when business meets ecology? The landscape design of Haihao International Mansion is our poetic response to this contemporary challenge.

当第一缕阳光穿透珠江的薄雾，洒在这座超高层综合体的玻璃幕墙上，整座建筑仿佛被赋予了生命。南向的琶洲南大街车水马龙，北侧的磨碟沙涌绿意盎然，东西两侧的规划次干道如丝带般将人流引入这个充满生机的空间。

At dawn, as the first rays of sunlight pierce through the mist over the Pearl River and dance upon the glass curtain walls of this super high-rise complex, the entire structure seems to come alive. To the south, Pazhou Avenue buzzes with traffic; to the north, the verdant Modiesha Chong greenway stretches peacefully; while the planned secondary roads to the east and west gently guide visitors into this vibrant space like flowing ribbons.

用自由灵动地线条，再现了科技革新的力量注入企业发展的海洋。开放的绿色空间，流动的生命之源，协作的产业绿洲和创新的科技之流是公司理念与景观设计的相互融合碰撞，”生命之源“是对企业发展和场所精神的刻画和提升。

Through free-flowing, dynamic lines, the power of technological innovation is channeled into the ocean of corporate growth.Open green spaces, the flowing source of life, collaborative industry oases, and streams of innovation converge—where corporate philosophy and landscape design intertwine. "The Source of Life" embodies the essence of the company's evolution and the spirit of place, elevating both to new heights.

22层以自由线条串联室内外，将有限露台化为开放共享的"空中浮屿"。植栽与小径交织，模糊花园与社交场的边界，为企业协作精神赋予景观注解。

With fluid lines threading through interior and exterior spaces, the constrained terrace transforms into open, shared "floating isles in the sky."Plantings and winding footpaths intertwine,softening boundaries between garden and social space—a living allegory of corporate collaboration, etched in landscape.

02 叙事

生命之源的三重奏

 A Trio of the Source of Life

第一乐章：源

北广场的"海上弯月"艺术装置，是整部交响曲的序章。经过精密计算的孔洞，追随太阳的轨迹演绎光影之舞。镜面不锈钢材质随时间变化，记录着岁月的痕迹，正如企业发展的每个重要时刻都值得被铭记。

The "Crescent Moon on the Sea" art installation in the northern plaza serves as the overture to this symphony. Its  precisely calculated apertures trace the sun's path in a play of light and shadow. The mirror-finished stainless steel surface gradually changes, recording the passage of time, much like how every significant moment in the company's development deserves to be remembered.

观者可在倒影中驻足，触摸起伏的肌理，聆听水雾轻吟，一场多维感官的艺术体验由此展开。

Visitors may pause within reflections, trace undulating textures with fingertips, listen to mist's whisper edversesunfolding a multisensory artistic journey.

第二乐章：汇

入口处以充满韵律感的波浪形树池展开迎宾序曲，流畅的有机曲线如行云流水般延伸，搭配植物，形成富有生命力的动态景观。精妙的曲线引导着访客的视觉动线，通过材质、形态与光影的精心调配，在访客驻足的第一时空便传递出温暖而优雅的场所精神。

The entrance unfolds a welcoming overture with rhythmic, wave-like tree planters, where fluid organic curves extend like drifting clouds and flowing water. They create a vibrant, dynamic landscape. The sophisticated curves guide visitors' sightlines, and through meticulous orchestration of materials, forms, and light, they convey a warm and elegant spirit of place the very moment guests arrive.

第三乐章：升

22层高空露台将这场生态叙事推向高潮。

The 22nd-floor sky terrace elevates this ecological narrative to its breathtaking crescendo.

曲面异形水景，将珠江之水引向云端；

A curved water feature brings the Pearl River's waters to the clouds; 

U型白玉卡座区采用人体工学设计，其流畅的弧形曲线贴合人体自然坐姿，石材经过特殊抛光处理，触感温润如玉。当暮色降临，石缝间亮起柔和光晕，与珠江夜景相映成趣，营造出云端独具韵味的社交空间。

The U-shaped white jade seating area features an ergonomic design, with its fluid curved contours perfectly adapting to the natural human sitting posture. The specially polished stone surface offers a jade-like smoothness to the touch. As twilight descends, a soft glow emanates from between the stone joints, creating a poetic interplay with the Pearl River nightscape - together crafting a uniquely atmospheric social space in the clouds.

云端秘境 

空中绿洲：花园以独特的蓝灰为韵，绿意为底，仿佛将崇雲叠水的薄雾连同清晨的微岚凝固于此，深浅不一的灰蓝叶片交织，斑驳光影下，柳叶星河繁星般的小花悄然绽放，如同初耀的星辰，仙女之舞蓝灰色的绒毛，仿佛仙子的羽衣，在光线流转间呈现柔美的光泽和独特的触感，鹤望兰亭亭而立，成为蓝灰画布最动人的笔触，带来浓郁的热带风情。伯利恒之星，蛇鞭菊等如同跳动的音符，穿插在这绿意之间，展现着自然的生生不息。

Cloudtop Oasis: An Aerial Garden Sanctuary：The garden composes a unique symphony in blue-gray tones against an emerald backdrop, as if capturing the mist-shrouded peaks of Chongyun and the dawn's first breath in perpetual stillness. Interwoven leaves in varying shades of slate and cerulean create dappled lightplay, where starry clusters of willow-leaf asters bloom like nascent constellations. The blue-gray plumes of 

Gaura lindheimerishimmer with an ethereal glow, their delicate texture reminiscent of celestial robes. Towering bird-of-paradise plants lend tropical vibrancy to this monochromatic canvas, while Bethlehem stars and blazing stars dance through the foliage like musical notes celebrating nature's eternal rhythm.

我们在油橄榄下小憩，邂逅着绿意的馈赠，阔叶的大吴风草和银毛野丹糅合着精致的坐凳线条，谱写亲近、惬意的宁静乐章，为心灵辟出一隅静享天地。

Beneath ancient olive trees, inviting seating nooks emerge - their curvilinear forms harmonizing with bold Farfugium leaves and silvery Lamiumto orchestrate moments of tranquil repose. Here, amidst the whispering foliage, the soul discovers its own private sanctuary in the sky.

不止景观，海灏国际建筑设计同样秉承全球先进理念。

项目以“垂直生命体建筑”理念，融合ESG可持续发展标准。打造集总部商务、灵感商业、云端私域于一体的垂直生态都会将“峰、岭、瀑、径”岭南文化意象融入整体大厦设计创造标杆式绿色生态建筑，呈现「拟水态」。

海灏建筑独特纹理获得“LEED金级+WELL金级+绿建三星”三项国际认证，建筑还获得2025 韩国K-DESIGN AWAR等国外大奖。
