设计说明

The site of planning is located in the JONO area, which is 14 km to Kitakyushu airport, 675 m to Monorail JONO station.The main innovation of the design is the concept of wet land and three dimensional green. The wetland’s main purpose is to harvest and naturally purify the rainwater, arguably the most abundant renewable resource in this area. This wetland not only can provide recreational green spaces for people who are living the community, but also adjust the air temperature and quality, relative humidity, and so on.

设计感悟

1. The general sustainable concept contains the wet land and three dimensional green. 2. The design of green space provides rest space and recreational area close to the home. All the buildings have green roofs and some vertical green as shading method, in order to make the environment more biological and harmonious. 3. Besides the air and landscape quality of the walkways that structure this area’s circulation system, the main low-carbon feature of the transportation is a no motor vehicles policy in our proposal.
